Ian is an experienced coach and business advisor with over 20 years in executive management and senior management roles spanning a variety of industry sectors including Telecommunications, Engineering, Utilities, Aviation, Retail, Manufacturing and Software Development. He has worked with small family run businesses through to large multinationals such as Boeing, AT&T, NEC and ANZ Bank and achieves real outcomes for his clients by building a partnership based on trust and a practical, pragmatic approach.
Ian is an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business, an IECL accredited coach and an accredited FACET5 facilitator.
Broad experience as an HR Manager and Organisational Development Specialist has provided the opportunity for Joanne to work with leaders to cut through complexity and address the core issues required for long term success. From the outset of her career, leading and motivating teams to deliver quality outcomes has been pivotal to ongoing success.
Joanne is committed to her health and fitness, although squeezing it in amongst the demands of two young children can prove a challenge! Sometimes she settles for taking the family for a bike ride or involving them in gardening or cooking. If she can find a quiet moment she will be found indulging in a book.
Bianca is currently the People and Culture Lead of an Australian data consultancy. Fairness, authenticity and honesty principles drive her success as an expert in Human Resources, leadership and change management. Her conceptual ability along with detail-focussed organisation have provided her with a balanced perspective that has been warmly welcomed by the business leaders she has worked with in the past.
Bianca has been actively committed as a volunteer in Rotary for over 12 years, contributing to the Australian and International community. As a budding artist, she spends her spare time painting abstract art in her home studio.
Grant comes from an industrial background with proven experience in Senior Project Management and Operations. His expertise includes culture development and change, leading through growth and operational excellence. He has a natural ability to cut through ambiguity and guide leaders to negotiate the challenges that can hold organisations back from achieving their best.
Grant has a true respect for the creativity and courage of business owners and is fortunate to pursue his own passion of helping guide them to fulfil their aspirations.
A young active family keeps Grant very busy…..but a great busy! At any given weekend they will either be checking out the local surf break, out on the mountain bike tracks or working on projects around the house.

She has worked in this sector for 20 years, gaining excellent competency in all streams of fundraising including on-line peer-to-peer, direct mail, major gifts, corporate partnership engagement, grant applications and disbursements, bequests as well as brand awareness and development.
