with an organisation’s mission and goals, diversifying revenue sources and ensuring stewardship

service providers, management teams and staff.
Kristine’s inspirational leadership and mentorship combined with her strong facilitation skills allows

Mentoring and coaching over 2000 non-profits in Australia and New Zealand to increase ROI
and deliver consistent donation revenue using the Everydayhero peer-to-peer fundraising
platform.Facilitating the development of the Disaster Aid Australia Fundraising Strategy, based on four
key drivers for success: Awareness; consistency of messaging; revenue growth and
sustainability.Creating and launching a major fundraising drive on behalf of the Coeliac Society. The
campaign exceeded all expectations raising over $203k with over 2,900 gifts received
averaging $68.78. The campaign achieved an ROI 8.47 against a target of 5 and delivered a
response rate of 12.52% against an industry standard of around 5%.Crafting and executing a marketing strategy that delivered brand consistency and raised brand
awareness across all channels for Ronald McDonald House Monash which won the 2007
Ronald McDonald House Charities Global Award in the category ‘Reputation – Print Materials’.Establishing and managing the Peter Mac Friend for Life Bequest Program (on behalf of the
Peter McCallum Cancer Institute) which increased known bequestors by 300%.
In addition to her role at Orgment, Kristine is also a Board Member with the Casey Cardinia
Foundation, Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Emerald and District and Executive Member of the
Fundraising Institute of Australia.
