Ian Ash – Managing Director
Ian is an experienced coach and business advisor with over 20 years in executive management and senior management roles spanning a variety of industry sectors including Telecommunications, Engineering, Utilities, Aviation, Retail, Manufacturing and Software Development. He has worked with small family run businesses through to large multinationals such as Boeing, AT&T, NEC and ANZ Bank and achieves real outcomes for his clients by building a partnership based on trust and a practical, pragmatic approach.
Ian is an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business, an IECL accredited coach and an accredited FACET5 facilitator. He actively supports local businesses through lead roles in local Business Groups, writing monthly business articles and mentoring local businesses.
Lana Johnson – Business Specialist and Coach
Lana Johnson is an accomplished strategic planner, human resources and organisational change specialist. Her experience across multiple disciplines and industries such as Telecommunications, Agriculture, Mining, Electricity Distribution and Defense Services have enabled her to address strategic organisational issues through partnership and high personal commitment.
Lana is MBA qualified, is an IECL accredited coach and also holds a Change Management Certification. She has enjoyed actively supporting the learning of others through her corporate roles and as a University Lecturer on Strategic Human Resource Management.
Lana has enjoyed contributing to the community as an active Board member of a Women’s Refuge, as well as various volunteering roles with organisations such as World Vision and the Australian Breastfeeding Association.
Joanne Hansen – Business Specialist and Coach
Joanne’s ability to collaborate with diverse leaders and teams to deliver sustainable results is grounded in her experience across Education, Hospitality, Defence, Facilities Management and Materials Handling services. Broad experience as an HR Manager has provided the opportunity for Joanne to enable leaders to cut through complexity and address the core issues required for business success.
Joanne holds a Post Graduate Diploma of Business (Human Resources), is an IECL accredited coach and holds a Change Management Certification.
She actively contributes to the development of emerging HR professionals as a mentor.
Lydia Phillips – Business Specialist and Coach
Lydia has worked as a commercial litigation lawyer in the corporate sector and as a senior advisor in the Victorian government. She has experience in strategic planning, organisational change and project management. As a self-employed musician, she understands some of the challenges small businesses face in order to thrive. Lydia is highly solution-focused and uses a constructive, collaborative approach to support business leaders to reach their goals.
Lydia was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2012 and is an IECL accredited coach.
Lydia is an alumni of Leadership Victoria and has served as a member of a human research ethics committee. Passionate about social justice, she has volunteered with community organisations to support disadvantaged children and adults.
